From a reviewer’s perspective, CYLINDEX provides a practical framework for recording visual cylinder inspections, generating inspection reports, and issuing reminders for upcoming checks. The workflow centers on user authentication and, optionally, a company affiliation to onboard employees via a shared access code. This structure supports enterprise use while highlighting considerations around data governance and access control.

 <li>User management: The user logs into the app and is assigned a unique user ID. The system allows recording a company name and supports operating as an individual or enabling information sharing within a group.</li>
 <li>Enterprise onboarding: When a company initiates use, it provides a unique code to employees. All employees can then share customer data within the app.</li>
 <li>Inspection capture and recordkeeping: The app records cylinder coding, internal inspections, external inspections, and valve notations. Data are stored automatically at the end of each inspection.</li>
 <li>Documentation export: If a paper document is required, the app offers a downloadable print-ready document.</li>
 <li>Reminders and notifications: Users set the date of the next inspection, and the app will send a text message or email to the assigned party. </li>
